“The kit to collect the ashes was sent out relatively quickly and was clearly explained and easy to use. The necklace arrived 26 days after the ashes were sent off so not far from the estimated time they suggest. It looks absolutely beautiful. Comes with a certificate and the box it comes in is nice. The engraving on the back looks good as well.”
