“I got my first set of prints made in to pendants 4.5years ago, of my then baby girl & little boy. Unfortunately last year I lost the pendant with my little girl’s handprint on & was devastated! I know I could have just got another print of her hand now, but the sentimentality of knowing it was her baby hand & that if I just replaced it with her hand now it’d be bigger than her brother’s just didn’t sit right! My husband emailed & amazingly Hand on Heart do keep the original prints so gave us the reference number & I just ordered it again with no issues! Brilliant service & quick turn around from order to delivery! So happy to have both my kiddies’ on my chain again. Thank you Hand on Heart .”

“Ordered my necklace Boxing Day (knowing it wouldn’t be dispatched till around 7th jan(which was ok by me) It arrived immediately I loved it but there was a flaw I emailed hand on heart got a very quick reply after a few emails,they told me to send back, (Freeport address) and they would make me a new necklace, I sent back Saturday had confirmation Monday, and received it thurs, can’t fault the service or communication, will definitely use again and will recommend to everyone, I love that I will always have my babies on me even tho in person they are glued to me :), Thank you so much 5stars from me,”

“This was given to me as a gift for Christmas.i absolutely love it! The only thing I would say is that I like it long and so is on the last ring which isn’t reinforced. The ring it should be on makes it a little short for me. Other than that it’s perfect. My husband also mentioned that the prints were very easy to do. Thank you! x”
