“I bought this paw print necklace for my sisters 30th birthday. She was over the moon with it and meant even more to her when she realised it was Charlies actual paw print. I had a little difficulty getting the paw print at first because hes a little scamp but managed to get it the second try after he had been to the groomers and there was less fur on his paw. I emailed to ask if my slot could be pushed back to allow more time to get the print which it was. Quick to respond and also very helpful and polite. I also purchased the gift bag which was a nice little touch to make it even more special. Would definitely recommend.”
