“Awful experience with customer services: After 2 weeks could not waist more time pursuing the customer services team, at my own cost even if they sent the wrong item. I would say the customer service is not up to the brand standards. Being a customer of Hanro for quite a few years now, I would not recommend using the website, it is worth a trip to the shop or the corner at Harrods.”
