“I am a true size medium, a true 8, and 2 of the 3 suits were way tight. I reached out for an exchange but the companies archaic return policy has you return the suits at your own expense and then repurchase the suits and pay shipping again. I would never order from this company again solely on their return policies. If I pay shipping the first time, for the exchange, and again to complete the exchange, I may as well pay full price from a more reputable company that stands behind their product.”
“Consider ordering a size larger!! I love my final Order. I loved my first order more. Using Hapari's Size Chart, I originally ordered a Small (4-6). I wear a 4, so I felt this would be the correct size. I had to return the first order and reorder Mediums (6-8). I understand the fit is meant to be snug, which I wanted; but even the Medium is quite snug. I love the craftsmanship, quality and colors. I am keeping my second Order.”
