“I found the xl to fit plenty tight as in I didn't think I should go down a size but the top was long. I had to carefully gather the front so that it didn't cover my swim bottoms like a dress. That wasn't a deal breaker. I return this because the underside was white which peeked from the arm pit area and if the bottom got flipped up. I wish it has been black so it would have blended in more.”
