“I saw on the website that if you wanted to exchange to send back what you didn't want and to purchase a new item. I did so. I received a gift card for sending the previous top back. No where did it say that would happen, if so then I would have waited to receive the gift card to order the new one. I thought I would be receiving an actual refune.”
