“I’m rating the service not the product. I ordered on 7/13/20 and have yet to receive it. Contacted customer service and they email me that FedEx needs to verify my address and an 800 # to call. I called and their automated teller says that Happy Horse has to verify my address. Very confusing and frustrating. No product to review unfortunately.”
