“Monique was fantastic! She was warm, bright, friendly and a great lover of animals. She was communicative and punctual, with a caring confidence that gave us a great sense of reassurance that our home and dog would be very well cared for. During our time away, Moniuque sent us photos of our dog which made us so happy. She looked after our home very well. We would highly recommend her!”

“Jac & Sal were our house sitters for almost 4 weeks while we travelled overseas. They took fantastic care of our property and the Level of care they showed to our 2 old dogs & cat was exceptional. We were provided with regular updates throughout. One of our dogs was unwell before we left and required daily medication which Jac & Sal graciously accepted as part of the routine. Unfortunately our other dog had a medical emergency which Jac and Sal managed with great care including spending time with her at the emergency after hours vet clinic. It was a very difficult process dealing with this remotely on a 17 hour time difference and we are enormously grateful to Jac & Sal for the time and care they showed here. Tragically, poor Mya had to be euthanized.
While No one could foresee this occurring, Jac & Sal managed it all in their stride.
This is our first experience utilising a house sitting service and we can’t recommend Jac & Sal highly enough. We hope they would be available to sit for us again if travel plans eventuate. 10/10 from us.
