“Tina was wonderful from start to finish. She was extremely responsive. We felt at ease as soon as we met her and that our pets and house would be in her safe hands. She kept us up to date constantly with photos and videos and even did a video call with our daughter so she could see her budgie. Nothing was too much trouble. She left the house clean and even left us some yummy food in the fridge that she made.
