“Hollie and Jack are a very responsible, friendly and polite mature young couple. They undertook our 3 week plus house/pet sit with utmost care, and regularly kept us up to date with pictures and feed back. We have 2 cats and 2 dogs (one senior with special needs) who were very much loved, and barely noticed we were gone, as their schedule was so well adhered to, eliminating any separation anxiety. We returned to a spotlessly clean house and super happy pets. Our holiday was stress free in the knowing that everyone at home was being so well looked after. I would highly recommend Hollie and Jack.”

Sally and Kevin sent me an email with updates and photos while I was away which was much appreciated.
In the lead-up, Sally and Kevin came to see my house and pets so they could ask questions and ensure they knew the basics of their needs. They communicated by text and email before the start date to ensure all necessary information was available to them while I was overseas.
I came home to very content pets (which given their usual dislike of males and anxiety levels was a pleasant surprise) and a wonderfully clean house.

“Luiza was wonderful looking after our two cats. The Burmese loved getting pats and tummy rubs from her and the other very timid cat was eventually happy to spend time in the same room, which is saying something! Luiza checked in with us daily sending updates, photos and videos of them and didn't hesitate to ask questions or show concern for the cats' health when needed. She's a great communicator, a lovely person and left the place spotless for us upon return. Highly recommend her.”
