“We had Betty house sit our 2 anxious poodles & house. Betty sent us several photos & updates which calmed me knowing my dogs were coping well. We also have 6 fish tanks which she followed our instructions perfectly.
Betty asked me if she could reorganise my pantry/cupboards/linen which was absolutely fabulous! Her attention to detail is amazing. “I am pleased to provide this reference for Hanni H., who kindly house-sat for me at my home in Craigie for several weeks, from mid-June to mid-July.
During her stay, Hanni took exceptional care of my home with diligence, respect, and great attention to detail. She kept the house spotless — giving the bathroom, microwave, and oven a thorough clean, sweeping and mopping the floors (including the outdoor patio), and ensuring the space was fresh and welcoming upon my return. I was especially touched to find that she had changed my bed linen, so I came home to clean, crisp sheets.
Hanni also cared for my plants and ensured they were well-watered throughout her stay. She was incredibly thoughtful in replenishing basic groceries such as milk, eggs, yogurt, juices, butter, soups, and toilet paper, as well as essential items like washing detergent. She even went the extra mile to prepare delicious home-cooked curry puffs, which was such a lovely surprise to come home to.
Throughout the sit, she was responsible in taking out the bins and tended to my plants and remained communicative and flexible, kindly offering to extend her stay had my plans changed.
Throughout my time away, Hanni kept in communication with me, updating me on how things were going at my home & was immediately responsive to any communication.
