Sally and Kevin sent me an email with updates and photos while I was away which was much appreciated.
In the lead-up, Sally and Kevin came to see my house and pets so they could ask questions and ensure they knew the basics of their needs. They communicated by text and email before the start date to ensure all necessary information was available to them while I was overseas.
I came home to very content pets (which given their usual dislike of males and anxiety levels was a pleasant surprise) and a wonderfully clean house.
I would highly recommend Sally and Kevin and will hopefully be able to book them for future sits.”

The Burmese loved getting pats and tummy rubs from her and the other very timid cat was eventually happy to spend time in the same room, which is saying something! Luiza checked in with us daily sending updates, photos and videos of them and didn't hesitate to ask questions or show concern for the cats' health when needed. She's a great communicator, a lovely person and left the place spotless for us upon return. Highly recommend her.”
