“Sophie and Lois were fabulous housesitters: good and helpful communications, reliable and, most importantly, they looked after our house so very well. The only job we asked of them was to care for our plants and they did that so well. We also came home to a spotless, clean and fresh-smelling house! Wonderful!”

“We were very pleased with Mary as a House Sitter, she looked after our house as if it were her own, leaving everything tidier than how we left it. She was very caring with our two cats, she gave them cuddles and made sure the older one Lex had his insulin injections. She fitted into the neighbourhood well and got along with the neighbours.”
“We eventually cancelled our sitters just 2 days before our big trip. After 6 months of communication, we were tired of changes to our plans, adjusted dates, a cancellation of sitting then to be continued after some consideration (due to Steve having a broken ankle) but now 5 weeks later, then he may come on his own and his partner the following week, and so it continued.
Unfortunately, I felt uncomfortable about leaving them to housesit our home and their plans may change again whilst we are 1,000's kms away so I was left with no other option but to cancel our proposed agreement. We then locked the house without housesitters and had a 5 month holiday without drama.”

They have done so much for our animals. They looked in great form.
The house was spic and span. Attention was given to all details around the place.
They are very aware of other people's needs and show heaps of respect.
They even went out of their way to help a neighbour whose shower stopped functioning. They kept in touch with us the whole time and made sure that all was fine. An act of kindness!
They kept in touch the whole time with us. Tho, we did say no pictures of animals, Astrid who is an absolute pet lover, could not resist sending us a little video of all the animals going for a walk...Just brilliant.
We could not have asked for better people to look after our home. And it goes without saying that they are highly highly recommended.
