Initial communications and meeting were a breeze. Clara was very punctual and responsive.
Clara provided regular SMS updates and photos of our girl cat. We came home to a contented cat and a tidy and clean apartment.

“Carole & Russ were just brilliant. They looked after our house, garden and dog for 5 months whilst we took an extended trip around the other side of the world. To leave our home and pet in someone else's hands for such a long time is a big deal, but we never had a shed of doubt. The communication leading up to the sit and the updates during the sit gave us comfort that everything was going ok. Our dog was well cared for which was obvious on returning home. Having never used house/pet sitters before, we were a bit nervous around the idea.
But honestly, from the moment we met them, we knew our home was in the best possible hands whilst away for our 5 week vacation OS.
They were fantastic whilst away, great communication, with updates and photos of our fur baby Ava. Once home, we were greeted by a very relaxed and happy kitty, and our house had been cared for like it was their own, going beyond what had been asked of them, house was spotless, lawns mowed, and even a few things fixed around the house! Bonus!!
What a pleasure to get home to after a long flight!
