She was great at communicating and took the time to message me while we were away to let me know all was going well. Our home was well looked after and she made great efforts to leave it clean and tidy.”

I don’t think it was the easiest situation due to my car and dog not getting along however she did a great job at making it work to keep both the animals happy.
She gave me regular updates and sent photos to keep me in the loop.

“We were going away for 5 weeks and needed our very timid rescue cat Angel looked after. Our other sitter was not available for the whole duration and we did not want to put her into a cattery as this stresses her out.
We have had a bad experience with another Australian sitting site and the sitter from it, someone recommended Mindahome so we thought we would try that.
After much backward and forward correspondence with several sitters, we decided on meeting 2 sitters. Margerette Merry was one of these ladies that we meet and preferred and she was happy to do the 5 weeks. Margerette besides being a lovely lady had a lovely calm nature which was perfect for Angel and us.
We were a bit concerned leaving our home and our furbaby to a stranger, even though we had met her twice by then. But we started to relax within the first 5 days as Margarete was great giving us updates on Angel and also on how she was settling in which was also important to us that she was comfortable.
Margarete kept us up to date during the 5 weeks, and we came home to not only a happy cat but also to a spotless home (and we are pretty fussy), we could not fault how well the house, the plants, etc had been left which was very much appreciated after 30 hours of travel.
