“We highly recommend Bonnie and Andrew. Right from the start the communication was excellent and this continued all through the 6 weeks while we were away. They gave us weekly updates on all things important related to our dog and house and sent photos of our dog having a wonderful time. They are both very genuine lovely people and both have a wonderful sense of humour! We loved receiving our funny TikTok style videos of our dog :). They kept the house in pristine condition and tended to our plants, mail and even picked up a package for us from the Post Office. Cannot recommend them enough! They’ll be the first people we ask next time we go away”

“Tia and Jakon looked after our house and garden for 7 weeks. The good news was that almost all the plants were alive and healthy when we returned (the only 2 casualties were rather marginal when we left). The back lawn was mowed, although part of it had only been done with a whipper snipper. As Tia and Jakob said, this was a learning curve for them. The bird bath which we had specifically asked them to look after, whilst full, had dirt and mould in it.
The house was generally tidy with their linen washed and folded which was appreciated. Most of the house was good, but there were areas that could have been cleaner.
The recycling bin had to be re-sorted (which was not pleasant).
We provided private feedback to Tia and Jakob and we would use them again if they have learnt from that feedback.”
