“Rob was good but we didn't allow enough time for handover hence couldn't explain a few things that we needed to like to feel free to turn on sprinklers when the garden was dry and top up fishpond with water. He was very tidy in the house. We wouldn't have known anybody had been except the sheets were on the line. All the pets were alive and that's all that really mattered.”
