“This was our first experience with having house sitters and we were extremely happy with Annette and Geoff Johnston who did a fantastic job of looking after our house and our two ageing labradors.
Prior to the sit, and as we couldn't get together to meet in person, we made contact with Annette and Geoff via telephone and had lengthy discussions about the house and the dogs and generally introduced ourselves. They arrived and we enjoyed a meal together before we left early the next morning, completely at ease with leaving our pets and house in such capable hands.
It was lovely to receive emails and pictures of the dogs out on their daily walks whilst we were away. Annette and Geoff seemed to enjoy the relaxed lifestyle on the Sunshine Coast and certainly looked after our house well, including mowing the lawn!
Upon our return home we found the house clean and spotless, the sheets and towels they had used had been washed and the guest bedroom bed remade.
We are most grateful for our successful first house sitter experience and would certainly recommend Annette and Geoff for any house/dog sitting needs. We found them to be very easy to get along with and certainly felt very comfortable having them in our home.”
