“Steph left our home in a spotless condition after nearly 5 months. Our little pussy cat Sooty was very well cared for in our absence. She was always receptive to our calls and texts and sent lots of photos of our pet. Phillip Island experienced a massive storm and the power went out for 3 days during the time we were away and Steph had to cope with a lengthy period without power and heating until we could arrange for our reverse cycle heating/cooling unit to be replaced. This was our first experience using a house sitter and Steph was a very suitable choice.”
