Frank was a great communicator and frequently gave us updates, sent pictures of Harry, asked questions when he wasn't sure of things, and we found him to be very reliable and friendly. We loaned Frank our car while we were away (so that he could get around, go to the shops, take Harry to the vet if needed, etc) and he was respectful of this, and the car was similarly in excellent condition and clean when we returned.
