I have been quite happy with the medium roast coffee that came with my initial kit. I was so fascinated to try cofee enemas but was also terrified, so much so that it sat on my bedroom bench for 2 months before I was brave enough to try! Since that first day, I haven’t missed a day for 40 days.
I started as part of a 10 day raw fruit & veg intermittent fast 16:8). On day 6, with the help of Zeolite (similar to Diamataceous Earth / Gut scrub), I passed the picture attached….who knows exactly what this is without lab examinations, but I strongly believe it was a mother-load of parasites & excess colon mucus.
I’ve noticed improved mental clarity, more stability in mood control, a huge clearing up of hormonal acne, candida overgrowth diminished, along with sugar cravings. I believe this is all due to the liver cleansing benefits of coffee enemas & my hope is that my next routine blood test in August shows a reversal of previous near fatty liver results.
I do a 500ml water enemas first followed by a 500ml coffee enema. Most days I can only hold about 7 mins but feel so much better on days when I can extend to 12 minutes. The coffee is in no way a stimulant and whilst not the prettiest procedure, there’s a lot of calming benefits in it.
