“Worked immediately. You get the urge without an emergency dash to the loo and everything came out smoothly with no stomach spasms or pain. Day 2 of taking 1 tablet 3 times a day was a bit different. Had a little bit of an uncomfortable belly but had a BM after every meal. Which is nothing I’ve ever done before in my life so I felt extremely light and cleansed. I am just having 1 tablet in the morning now and it’s day 5 and I feel great.
