“I've been putting a tablespoon of grass fed collagen in my morning coffee for almost 2years. It's not something I notice, it has no taste. However if I don't have it for a while or forget to take for a few day's I really notice how much my joints ache and how at 56 my body is more comfortable for taking it dally. Megz”
