“Have been reading about the benefits of taking Moringa and decided to give it a go. I like that it's organic and the taste is similar to having a green smoothie. “JUST got this 10 minutes ago. There are ZERO instructions on HOW to take this... only states that the serving size is 4grams. No mention if this is once a day - or more, nor if it's supposed to be mixed with a hot or cold liquid, &c. I measured and added 4gm to a glass of cold water to see the result. Not really pleasant, as the powder does not dissolve, it merely goes into suspension; and drinking it then irritates the throat a little - just because of the suspended powder. The taste is acceptible - somewhat like green tea. How about some actual INSTRUCTIONS on the package? THEN, maybe you would get 5 stars. But not before.”
