“Excellent service and fast delivery. Black seed oil is a great health improver. Just one problem is leakage, when bottle caps are loose and oil leaks into the otherwise well packed box. It would help to check lids are reasonably tight before posting, much appreciated.”

“I've been taking BSO for 8 years with breaks. I haven't been vaccinated, nor have I been sick or unwell. I had a procedure for GORD 2013 and it came loose. Since then BSO has helped to stop all my symptoms (reflux, bloat, indigestion, etc) And my BM are more regular!. No more hayfever or sinus issues, no colds or flu except once while taking a break, I babysat my two grandkids who had the sniffles. When I started to feel a sore throat come on. I gargled BSO three times for a day and it was gone by the next day. Then I started dosing again. I also dose my dogs with it. I will always have BSO in our protocol AND I do recommend it all the time. I use it on my face, hands, arms and anywhere where I have pain from arthritis. I also have fibromyalgia and I think it helps with that to a certain degree too. My partner was also taking it before he passed away 4 yrs ago. It helped him a LOT with his sugar levels.. If you have diabetes T2, its well worth researching the the benefits. There are many studies! I like buying here because its good value for good quality.”
