“This particular form of magnesium has changed my life! I have struggled with chronic insomnia for years that was progressively getting worse and this has had such a positive impact on improving my sleep . I love that it’s a powder rather than a capsule and the taste is very neutral. I would highly receommend for anyone suffering with sleep issues. Would love if they could sell it in a bigger jar as it only lasts a month at a time.”
