“I actually purchased 2 pillow cases a year or so ago and they were rather crunchy sounding when you moved around on them, my husband finally said he couldn't take it and we had to find another case but my dogs inherited the crunchy ones and since they are allergic to dust mites they worked rather well for them. We actually decided to purchase two more for me to make a large cushion for them for their living room bed and when we got them they were like night and day from the first ones they had almost a silky feel. so here I was a year+ later still hesitant to try again for our pillows and hope we got the softer ones. I spoke with customer service and decided to try it. when we got them they did feel like the softer material and I was relieved but after I washed them the softness seemed to be gone (I use all natural laundry soap and softener) I was worried but after we tried them they were nothing like the crunchy ones we had gotten the first time we are quite pleased with them my husband says he is sleeping great on these ones and so am I. they do look wrinkly out of the dryer but we dont even notice it when laying on it and I couldnt care less what it looks like. Its Great for us!”
