“Superior customer service and a high-quality product. No need to say more, but perhaps sharing my experience will help make a decision whether to purchase this pad... Diaperless infant in a family (co-sleeping) bed? As a family practicing EC, this would have been a fearful match (read: nightmare AND daymare!) before we found this mattress pad. We use this surprisingly soft and comfortable pad over our organic cotton mattress, sometimes as a single layer when we play with our diaper free baby between bedchanges. We wouldn't be so successful (or fearless!) if it weren't for this mattress pad's high quality! Even full bladders are no match, and it doesn't leak through to the mattress beneath. So nice and thin that we can't tell it's under the sheets, this pad stays in place under the most active sleepers, quickly absorbs moisture, quickly dries, and cleans beautifully. As a last, but not least, note for the One-Less-Thing-To-Worry-About category, no one has to know why you're buying this pad, not even those those who will be sleeping on it (they won't even know it's there). No more embarassing "naughty bedwetter" labels and feelings for loved ones, no more crinkly plastic layers or underpads to broadcast a midnight sheet change, no more spills dripping onto the floor, and unlike wool, no more extra layers to absorb spills (you can sleep on just the pad if you like). And aside from toilet duties, this pad is also very useful for the post-partum mother, keeping her comfortable when resting and free of mattress woes as the body naturally cleanses from pregnancy. After several "spills" and experiencing the easy clean-up (no mattress-flipping for us), we can truly say purchasing this pad has enhanced our lives, as it provides not only moisture protection but also peace of mind. We highly recommend this indispensible, practical mattress pad, and have plans to purchase a second as our family grows.”
