“I bought the 20oz tumbler along with the sip n slide lid. I love the tumbler it does a great job keeping my drink hot for hours. I gave 2 stars because of the sip n slide lid. The first time I used it and washed it, it broke!! I contacted costumer service and after 2 weeks of waiting I got a replacement. Well, I used it and as I was washing it under the water it broke!! So disappointing. Needless to say I’m not using the tumbler because i don’t like the lid (with the opening) that comes with it. So disappointing I really love the tumbler but for me it’s useless without the right lid.”
