“I ordered five cups due to the discount. Two of my five straws came without a rubber stopper that prevents it from falling out of the opening on the lid. When I reached out to customer service, I was told that the rubber on the straws were for shipping only. When I replied back saying that made no sense I was told that they are new items and if I’m missing some, I can purchase them online separately. What? I’m expected to make another purchase when half of my items included this?? So, I go online in search of the items and they are not available anywhere. Again I reply back saying they aren’t available and can I please just get replacements already?? I was told no, and they aren’t available at this time. What gives? Makes no sense to me. Confusing and somewhat crappy customer service.”
“I've been using Healthy Human 20oc tumblers (own 2) for several years. In my opinion they are the best. I use them for hot coffee, cold brew coffee, iced tea, lemonade and cold water. Does not matter the liquid I pour in is hot or cold they stay hot or cold for hours. I have been so satisfied that I decided to up the ante----I purchased a 32 oc tumbler obviously to hold more of my fav beverages. I did purchase the grip N sip for the 32 oc and very pleased that I did. Its easier to carry and hold the tumbler. I have no regrets with my purchases.”
