“I know your system upgraded but I wanted my Rx early do to a mistake on my last Rx. I got so many different answers. It was frustrating. I have an automatic refill and basically was told to wait for that instead of taking care of my request. Today is my refill day so I guess I will get it since I filled out my intake form. Did not have a good experience with all this.”
