“Okay so I have tryed a lot of things over the years and nothing really stuck. tirzepatide is honestly diffrent. The first week I noticed my cravings where just quieter, like that constant noise in my head about food kind of setteled down. By week three I had already dropped about 8 lbs without doing anything crazy different with my diet. I wasnt even trying that hard and the scale kept moving. “Been using tirzepatide for about 6 weeks now and I am genuinley shocked at how well it works. My appetite is way down and I dont feel like I'm starving myself either.
