“I am very happy with this microdose program. It's the first time I've tried tirzepatide (any glp-1, really) and it has been as good as I'd hoped it would be. I did a lot of research before deciding to go with this program and tirzepatide in general. I will say, and I dont know how much of an impact it's had, but I do have 2 copies of a gene (GLPR1) that studies show makes it work better and 1 copy of the second gene (GIPR) that studies show make it work better - so if you have 23&Me maybe search your raw data to see if you have them. I started at 167lbs (Im 5'6") and I've been on the program almost 3 months and have lost 17lbs without having to change ANYTHING. I didn't up my exercise(haven't actually done anything except my regular daily activity), I still eat whatever I want - but with the meds I dont want to eat nearly as much and dont crave things as badly. I had an injury that made exercise and mobility in general impossible this past month and I still lost some weight. I did plateau for a couple weeks at 151, but things seem to be moving again. Im looking forward to dropping the last 20 by my 45th in October. I was most worried about the needle/injecting myself but it's so small you dont even feel it - just a psychological bump to get over and now it doesn't bother me at all. This medication is life changing.”
