“Been on tirzepatide for about 3 months now and I am down 22 pounds. The microdosing aproach really helped me avoid the bad nausea I heard others talk about with higher doses. “I have struggled with my weight for probably fifteen years, tried everything from keto to those meal replacement shakes that taste like chalk. When my doctor first mentioned tirzepatide I was curious but also nervous about side effects. Starting with the lower microdose was honestly the best decision. The first few weeks I barely noticed anything except that I wasnt as hungry at lunch, which sounds small but for me that was huge. By week six I had lost about nine pounds without really changing much else. By month four I am down 31 pounds and more importantly I dont think about food constantly anymore. My blood sugar levels have also improved which my doctor was really pleased about. The Tirzepatide Microdosing Program gave me a way to ease into it without feeling sick or overwhelmed and I think thats why I actually stuck with it this time. My energy is consistant throughout the day, I sleep better, and I feel like myself again. Would absolutely recomend to anyone whos been struggling and feels like nothing works for them.”

“I feel amazing. Food isn’t a constant thought and battle. When I do eat I feel food on like half portions.As before I ate and snacked a lot and never felt full but I’d be boated and my stomach would hurt and it was hard to breath. I started at 232-235 I’m not at 218. Slow and stead will make a big difference thank you.”
