“I'm writing this review to replace a previous review. I received my HelloBaby order last week of an "Aurora Mini Flopsies Duckling", but was disappointed to discover that the product did not at all match the image on the website. Having contacted customer services they informed my that this was a listing error, rather than a defective product and that it would be rectified on the website. (Note: the listing for this item has not yet been updated as of 3rd September) However, customer services have been helpful if a little slow & have offered me a full refund for the product, so I have increased my original review from 2 to 3 stars.”
