“We are over the moon with our table. Everyone who visits the house wants to know where we got it from. Although we were nervous about buying the table online having not seen the finished article we needn’t of worried, the table is amazing.”

“The table itself is beautiful and really unique. I knew buying reclaimed wood would mean it would have lots of little “flaw” which I love. The only two negative things are that I’ve caught and torn clothing on some rough edges. I would have expected a better finish given the price but I do understand it’s maybe part of the nature of the wood. Second thing was the delivery. I was given a window for my delivery with 8pm being the latest. The actually time he turned up - 10pm! Not an ideal time of night to be taking a delivery. Also, it came with no assembly instructions, just a bag of parts. Lucky with the help of my dad is was easy enough to put together though, so this is only a minor point. I do absolutely love the look of the table, and none of the above is terrible but given the money I paid for it, I expected a little more.”

We're sorry there were delivery delays. We're improving our delivery options to help provide more choice around days/times. Regarding assembly, we number the frames and table top and include instructions in our delivery email of how to go about completing assembly. With regards to the finish, our reclaimed furniture is made from genuine, natural reclaimed wood. Despite multiple sanding processes, it can still be rugged and rustic in nature, which is part of its charm and character. All details can be found on our product pages under 'The Finishes' section. If you'd prefer a smoother finish, we're happy to send out some complimentary wax to apply, just let us know. Alternatively, a beeswax polish can be used, readily available online.
