“Would not recommend buying from this company. There is no customer service as far as I can see backing up the email/phone line quoted on this page. No one answers emails. They declare that they are available between the hours of 930-5 on business days yet all one gets is an answering machine. I will be seeking to escalate this with my credit company in the coming days to report further given I paid over £1,200.”

“Overall, I have had a very good experience with Hemming & Wills. My first purchase was a dining table, which is a truly beautiful high quality item, and just what I wanted. Later, I ordered a couple of after care items to help maintain the table. There was initially a problem with the delivery of these items, but when I complained the company could not have been more helpful to sort out the problem. Very professional. Unlike other companies, you are dealing with human beings at Hemming & Wills, not robots.”

“This is the first time we have ordered furniture from an online company as appose to the conventional method of visiting high street furniture stored. I have to say the service we have received has been absolutely amazing and the furniture is amazing and made to a very high standard and also we loved the unique look which family and friends have also been amazed with. Our dining table and bench came within a matter of days and it was such an easy simple assembly. We are just waiting on the chairs now but we are so happy with the service and the look, quality and feel of the furniture. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to buy high quality furniture that is unique. Thank Hemming and Willis for the excellent customer service and amazing high quality furniture.”

“Absolutely love my dining table, high quality and exactly what I was looking for! Ordered on Thursday, delivered on the Monday. Was given a delivery slot the night before and a courtesy call 30 minutes before it arrived, great service! Would definitely order from Hemming & Wills”

“Extremely quick delivery despite the run up to Christmas! The gentleman who delivered were quick and efficient. We couldn’t be more pleased with our table, we love to host and the option to extend will be extremely useful.. not only is it beautifully made and a great statement piece, it’s even better that it’s sustainable!”

“We had been looking for a new dining table for quite a while but just couldn't find the 'Wow, I want this one' ! I came across H&W website and liked what I saw. Found our perfect table and at the price we were happy to pay. Before placing our order, I spoke with a friendly member of staff at H&W who sent out a sample of wood, of the table colour we chose. It arrived quickly and decided it was the one for us and placed our order. Delivery was quicker than I expected, about 3 weeks, so that was good too. Delivery drivers kept me updated of the time arrival, which was so helpful. I found them both to be polite, friendly and respectful of my property. They delivered our furniture in the room I asked too. Our table was easy to assemble and looks amazing. We love it. Would definitely recommend H & W. Thank you Hemming & Wills”
