“6 of the 27 bars of soap that I received were missing 1/4 of the size, shape, dimensions, weight that they were supposed to be. The viscosity of the body wash was so incredibly thin, it was like the consistency of water. I was not expecting to end up receiving products with these issues and when I brought what I thought must have been flaws, mistakes, or errors of quality control to the attention of the customer service department, I was told that the products are "supposed to" have these issues and that they are apparently "intentionally" made this way as part of their "design/style". They ended up giving me a partial refund for my less than positive experience, which I appreciated. However, they seemed to totally dismiss my concerns and denied that anything I received was actually wrong, instead of taking any responsibility or taking what I was saying under some real consideration. It is not the first time I have ordered hand made soap like this from other companies, so I know from experience that some of the product was cut incorrectly and yet was still allowed to be boxed up and shipped out to customers anyway. I don't believe for a second that it is some kind of obviously bizarre style/design choice, like they tried to claim.”
