“Your response to my order was quick and efficient - I ordered size 10 - my usual size but the shoes were too small. You handled the return and replacement again very efficiently and the size 11 are just about OK - shall we say a 'snug', fit but only with thin socks. I feel I may take a while to get used to wearing canvas shoes - overall they are made well and I do like your designs and colour combinations. I am uneasy that they are made in China.”
