“Unfortunately I returned my first pair of boots due to faulty stitching They were then out of stock to reorder I received an email saying they were back in stock so I ordered them again But when they arrived they were the exact same boots I had returned previously I phoned customer service and was told to email them and they would also call me today ( Tuesday) as of yet not had that phone call so I will have to return them once again , a little annoyed about this to be honest, I’ve had many pairs of Dude shoes and love them ,so I thought I would treat myself to a pair of boots .”
