“I expected a DSEAR specific risk assessment template to be provided and not just a generic risk assessment. An example of an actual DSEAR risk assessment completed would also have been useful to have seen the process and i thought this was what was to be covered in the training. There was no information on the calculation of a dangerous atmosphere and very little concerning pressurised gas cylinders ( not containing flammable gases or liquids.) The ability to get a copy of the slides or notes from the course would also be useful for reference.”

This isn't feedbakc we have received before so I will be sure to pass this onto our content team that write the courses so they can consider these points for future versions of the course. Unfortunately, the course material is unavailable to print because each course is 100% online and interactive with moving images. Also, it contains confirmation exercises along the way that are designed to ensure that candidates have understood the information they learn as they progress through the course. Even after you have completed the course and passed the test, your login details will remain valid for 12 months so you can login again in the future if you need to refer back to the course material. To do this, simply log back in and click "Previous" in the modules until you've reached the pages that you want to review. At the end of each module there is a Module Summary, which you could always note down to help you in the future.
