“Majority of content was non-specific to my job role. The need to absorb so much information that was completely unrelated to my job role and function acted as an inhibitor in my ability to take in, learn and remember the information that was of actual relevance and importance to my job role. Very, very poorly thought out, especially regarding to such an important area of concern. This feels like more of a short cut, so that the people responsible for ensuring staff are trained effectively, can simply use a generic format of learning and the course provider can profit by selling such courses. A strong review of, if this is the best practise should be undertaken.”
