“Really enjoyed the ease of the course. It was simple to follow. The slow audio was a little too slow and the medium was a little too fast and you couldn't pause to take in so found myself reading it back. The speed of the text coming up was faster than the audio. The video exercise was very helpful. I believe this course will help me to write better notes for myself and when writing up the minutes I'll be able to make them more relating to key points. Thank you.”
