Hello, thank you for your feedback. We are sorry that you were not satisfied with the Ladder Safety course. We must include a lot of information on our courses so that the course fully satisfies knowledge requirements for learners involved in the course, which is especially important when it comes to safety. All of our courses can always be spread out over different sessions rather than being completed in one sitting, which may be helpful for managing the course length. “Freezing visuals, slides would not turn over kept having to go back and forward to try and get to next slide - don't think it was my internet connection as the other two course which I have completed have worked out pretty good. Was looking forward to doing this course but it has put me off as it has taken me nearly six hours to complete - very angry and a waste of a whole day.”
