The Level 2 Food Hygiene and Safety for Catering course is a very in depth course and covers a lot of necessary topics in order to ensure that the learner has met the UK and EU legal requirements. The course can be spread out over several sessions, and doesn’t have to be completed in one go which may help in terms of the length of the course! “The question:- What is the minimum distance from an overhead power line should you work on a ladder? All of the options were wrong. It is neither of the available answers. Although the correct answer in this test was 6 metres. The actual correct answer according to HSE is 10 metres.”
