Hi Tony Thank you for your review. I am very sorry to hear that the course isn’t what you expected. The course is designed to provide our learners with an in-depth level of knowledge regarding safety procedures and we aim to make the course as engaging and thorough as possible. As before I will also pass on your feedback to the relevant teams to review the course as we take all forms of feedback very seriously. Again I do apologise that you didn’t have a good experience. Kind regards, Karen (Customer Support, High Speed Training)
