“The first section seemed to be nothing more than a list of what a ladder might be used for, you can use it to fit gutters, you can use it to look at gutters, you can use it to clean gutters. not sure why I need to know what a ladder might be used for, if someone doesn't know that they shouldn't be on site let alone using any equipment.”
