I slightly disagree with one question where the response was "rusting of steel" will result in oxygen deficiency in the confined space. This is the oxygen in the water not in the air that depletes in producing rust, but this only the view of a corrosion engineer. In addition, one question in the assessment requires to provide an incorrect answer. This is regarding the legislation that requires employers to assess and control the risk in the workplace: it is not stated in the Health and Safety at Work etc Act 1974 but in The Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations 1999 Section 3 (1). This is a common errors people not (sufficiently) competent in health and safety make. We are all here to learn!
