“Frustrating that the drag & drop questions in the assessments never give you clues. One was really annoying me and it turned out that one number was off slightly from the slide, but I got completely stuck and had to figure out which of the many True/False statements was off - and some were not clearly mentioned at all in the slides so it was unclear what those might be. Would have been better for multiple failed attempts to prompt some review that covers those topics instead of just 'Nope, sorry.' On the whole it's good. Would like to be able to progress through faster, as I've often finished reading and am just waiting for the Next button to enable.”

Hello Christian, thank you for your review! I am sorry to hear you felt the course was too slow and that you found the drag and drop questions frustrating. I will pass your feedback onto our content team to conider for future versions of the course. We don't give clues to the questions as we encourage the learner to go back through the course to ensure they fully understand the course material. I am sure you can appreciate the responsibility we have as a training provider to ensure our users are taking the time to read and understand the information in front of them. I do however appreciate some people absorb information faster than others! There is a settings button within our courses and it does allow you to select your course speed to suit your preference, I hope that this will improve your experience if you purchase from us again!
